I have recently purchased a 2016 Holden Caprice through Tom at Westside. Overall the experience was great, after organising time to look at the car and a test drive the process was easy to organise a private inspection, requiring a $500 deposit to secure the vehicle for the period. All issues were rectified by Westside and after a polish the vehicle was mine to take home. I'm sure it would've only been a matter of days if I wasn't organising this purchase through Christmas week. Compared to other dealerships, Westside is a low pressure environment, giving me plenty of time to check everything I needed about the car and the space to do so without a salesman breathing down my neck. Overall a good purchase experience at a dealer with an awesome range of vehicles in all shapes and sizes. ~ Liam A

I was in a dilemma which car to buy. Nothing was hard when I met Marsh Mannum.He is a very hardworking, professional and a great salesman I have ever met. Not too much push, calm and knowledgeable. I asked him a lot of questions regarding the car and he was so calm and helpful to crack the best deal for me. Even after everything was fixed for a car, i changed my mind to the other car again last moment and Marsh and laurent vincent still managed to get me the other car. I am highly impressed by there service.So, please seek out Marsh. One thing I would suggest the customers that please bring your eeptos/credit card while doing a purchase.It costed me 118$(0.75% sucharge payment) since I payed through my phone.
